All services are provided based on the scope discussed and agreed upon with the client.

• Payment terms are shared before project start

• Work begins only after payment confirmation

• Payments are non-refundable once work has started

We use proven methods, but results are not guaranteed.
Leads, sales, or growth depend on factors like market demand, ad budget, competition, and customer behavior.

The AI assistant provides automated responses and should not be considered professional advice.

Clients must provide accurate information and approvals on time.

We are not responsible for:

• Ad account issues, rejections, or platform changes

• Downtime or policy updates from third-party tools (Wix, Meta, etc.)

Cafflux Digital is not liable for indirect losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

We may update these terms or suspend services if terms are violated.
