At Cafflux Digital, we provide custom, service-based digital solutions. Please review our refund policy before making a payment.

1. Service Nature & Refund Eligibility

All services offered by Cafflux Digital are custom digital services.
Refunds are considered only if work has not started and a written request is made within 24 hours of payment.

Once any project work, planning, design, setup, or resource allocation has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Payments & Project Progress

  • All advance or upfront payments are non-refundable

  • Refunds do not apply to completed or ongoing work stages

  • Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or client inactivity do not qualify for refunds

3. Changes, Disputes & Resolution

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Business or personal decisions

  • Lack of usage or expected results

If you face any service issues, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them.
Chargebacks or disputes without contacting us first may result in service suspension.
